1. Who we are

[GAME NAME] (the "Game", the "App") is published by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), of [POSTAL ADDRESS]. This policy explains what information the Game handles, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to the Android app, to the web version at [SITE], and to the servers behind them.

By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please stop using the Game and uninstall it.

2. The short version

Plain English summary

We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number or date of birth. There is no account to create and no password to remember. We store the nickname you choose, your game progress, and a random ID so we can tell one player's save from another. Advertising is served by Google AdMob, which collects its own data as described in section 5. We do not sell your data. This summary is for convenience only — the full text below governs.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

3.2 Information created as you play

3.3 Information collected automatically

3.4 What we deliberately do not collect

The Game does not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar, photos, camera or microphone input, SMS or call logs, installed-app list, files on your device, health data, biometric data, or payment card details. The Game contains no in-app purchases.

4. How we use your information

What we useWhyLegal basis (UK/EU)
Nickname, progress, player ID To save your game, restore it across sessions, and run the leaderboard Performance of a contract
Settings To remember your sound and vibration preferences Performance of a contract
Server logs, technical data Security, abuse and fraud prevention, fixing bugs Legitimate interests
Aggregated play statistics Understanding which levels are too hard or too easy Legitimate interests
Advertising identifiers To show ads that keep the Game free Consent, where required

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build marketing profiles about you ourselves.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Game is free and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display banner ads and occasional full-screen interstitial ads, plus optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins. Watching a rewarded ad is always voluntary; you never lose progress by declining one.

AdMob is operated by Google. When it serves an ad it may collect and process information including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device model and OS version, coarse location inferred from your IP address, and data about ads you have been shown and interacted with. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours, and we do not receive the raw data — we only see aggregate revenue and performance reports.

5.1 Your ad choices

6. Local storage on your device

The Game runs its interface in a web view and uses your device's local storage (the same mechanism as browser cookies, but stored only on your device) to keep your nickname, coin balance, level progress, sound settings, artwork configuration cache and ad cooldown timers. This data stays on your device, is not readable by other apps or websites, and is deleted when you clear the app's storage or uninstall the Game. Uninstalling will permanently erase any progress not held on our servers.

Our web version may set functionally identical browser storage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies on the web version.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share information only in these situations:

8. Leaderboards and public data

The Game includes a "Top farmers" leaderboard. If you set a nickname, that nickname and your score are visible to every other player. Choose a nickname that does not identify you. If you want your entry removed, contact us at the address in section 16 and we will delete it, usually within [30] days.

The Game does not currently publish any player information to other players. Your nickname and progress are visible only to you.

9. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, which is up to 16 in parts of the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 16. We will delete that information from our records promptly.

The Game is intended for a general audience that includes children. We take additional steps for players we know or treat as children:

Parents and guardians may review what we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, or refuse any further collection by writing to us at the address in section 16. We will verify that the request comes from a parent or guardian before acting on it, and we will respond within [30] days. Deleting a child's data may mean their saved progress cannot be recovered.

10. How long we keep data

Game progress and leaderboard entries are kept for as long as the record remains active, and are deleted after [24] months of complete inactivity, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for up to [90] days. Support emails are kept for up to [24] months after the query is closed. Data held only on your device disappears when you uninstall the Game.

11. Security

We serve the Game and its API over HTTPS, restrict administrative access to our systems, and store administrative credentials as salted hashes rather than plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because the Game holds no sensitive personal data and no payment details, the impact of any incident is limited by design. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where the law requires it.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of India have comparable rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; residents of California and several other US states have rights under their state privacy laws.

To exercise any of these, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Because the Game has no login, we may ask you for your in-game player ID or nickname so we can find the right record; we cannot action a request we are unable to match to a record. We will respond within [30] days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The fastest way to erase everything held locally is to uninstall the Game or clear its storage from your device's app settings. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

13. International transfers

Our servers are located in [COUNTRY], and Google processes advertising data on infrastructure in multiple countries including the United States. If you play from outside those countries, your information will be transferred across borders. Where such transfers are made from the EEA or UK, they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

14. Permissions we request

The Game requests no other permissions. If a future version needs one, we will ask you at the time and update this page.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game changes or as the law requires. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. If we make a material change — for example, collecting a new category of information or adding a new advertising partner — we will give notice in the Game before the change takes effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
