Crazum ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Water Sort Puzzle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We do not ask you to create an account and we never ask for your real name, address or phone number.
The game shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device and usage data, including your advertising identifier, to serve and measure ads. Their handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy, and you can review Google's partner terms at this page.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we show a Google-certified consent message on first launch, where you can accept or refuse personalised advertising. You can reset that choice at any time by clearing the app's data. On Android you can also limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads.
To save and restore your progress, to run the leaderboard, to serve and cap advertising, to prevent reward abuse, and to diagnose crashes and performance problems. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling beyond the ad personalisation described above.
We share data only with Google AdMob for advertising, and with our hosting provider, which stores the game database on our behalf. We disclose information otherwise only if legally required to do so.
Progress data is kept while your installation remains active. Uninstalling the app removes the local copy. To have your server-side record permanently erased, email sfxkart@gmail.com from any address and include your display name and approximate level; we will confirm and delete within 30 days.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Use the email address below to exercise any of these.
We will update this page and revise the "last updated" date if this policy changes. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
